Create game-ready production assets based on a specification document & style guide provided Follow production pipeline & ensure production art is created efficiently.
Export and assemble images from art files within prescribed technical parameters and protocols.

2+ years of industry experience (experience in mobile games and/or social games a plus).
A proven track record of art assets on projects that have made it to market (especially game projects).
Degree or diploma in illustration, animation, or related field.
Bonus: Good communication skills to directly interact with the client when needed.

Collaborating with art directors, game designers and technical artists to assess the creative needs and provide support.
Being adaptive and quick on toes when it comes to creative solution building and coming up with quick concepts that bring life into the game.
Having a strong understanding of industry standards.

2+ years of overall experience in animation.
Strong knowledge of spine, Unity
Strong understanding of animation principles.

We are looking for a passionate Lead Concept Artist who is having outstanding fundamental traditional fine art skills with a deep understanding of modern concept art software/tools. Candidate is responsible for generating a variety of industry leading AAA character concepts, environment concepts, matte paintings, industrial design imagery, and graphic design/UI imagery to aid in the artistic development of a given project. Additionally, the Lead Concept Artist should have excellent illustration skills with an ability to create a variety of marketing materials within established studio brands and beyond.
Candidate should provide direction, feedback and mentorship where applicable towards increasing quality and efficiency of studio concept art creation. Candidate should be fluent in a variety of artistic styles with a sharp focus on creating realistic concept art.

Provide artistic leadership and lead the team to drive the overall vision for the projects.
Create environment concept art, matte paintings, and architecture studies.
Create illustrations for project marketing materials.
Create sketches and detailed renderings of props and individual environmental elements.
Create sketches, detailed renderings and turnarounds for character and creature studies.
Nourish the artistic vision by looking for sources of inspiration out of the video game industry.
Coordinate with Director of Art, Production, Concept Artists, and Content Leads on assignments for the concept art team ensuring concept art team meets milestone goals at high quality.
Motivate, mentor and inspire concept art team, guiding them through various stages of production with clear direction.

BA in art or related field or equivalent experience.
Exceptional foundation art skills.

At least 6+ years of professional experience in the lead concept art position at a reputed game company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must be proficient with 2D applications such as Photoshop.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side components of our games, ensuring that our players have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience..

Design, develop, and maintain the server-side components of our casual mobile games, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performant..
Collaborate with the game development team to understand game requirements and implement the necessary server-side features to support them.
Develop and maintain game APIs and server-side tools to support game development and operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game servers and infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
Optimize game server performance to ensure smooth gameplay experience for players.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other development-related activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to game server development and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in server-side engineering for mobile games, preferably in the casual gaming industry.
Strong understanding of server-side technologies, including RESTful APIs, database design, and network protocols
Experience with server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Experience with game engine technologies such as Unity.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Create prototypes from existing designs at an ultra-fast pace
Scrap and iterate on the prototypes until it reaches MVP(Minimum Viable Product)
Closely work with the design team to develop the MVP into a fully functional game
Find ways to optimize game performance and minimize game size
Assisting in design is a plus

3+ years of experience in Unity3D as a game developer
Fluent in C# with strong OOP fundamentals and SOLID programming, experience in C++ is a plus
Working experience in implementing AI System or algorithms
Working experience in casual / ultra-casual games
Should have experience on IAP, AD-plugins and analytics
Knowledge of native android or IOS is advantage
Experience on Unity UI and UI animations
Experience with VR is a plus
